A counseling psychologist, she has an experience of over five years dealing with children and adults alike and handling their behavioral and emotional problems. She has been through extensive professional training in various forms of psychotherapies like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. She is also a Certified Career Counselor and is proficient in using various Psychometric testings useful for adults and children.
She has been working with UNICEF for the past years and expertises in training both Government and Non government staff in matters related to Child protection keeping in lines with the laws of our country. She has also been attached to Vidyasagar University in the capacity of a Lecturer and a Coordinator in Post Graduate courses of Social Work and Counseling and has taught and trained scores of students till date. Sreeja also has been associated with Internationally recognised Teacher Training Institutes and has designed multiple course curriculums for teachers, students and ofcourse,parents.

Alma mater - Indian Psychoanalytical Society, is presently working as a Consultant for Autism Intervention & Educator ( Childhood Neuro -Developmental Disorders ). She has been into handling cases with academic, socio- motor, sensory difficulties especially children with ASD, ADHD, LD & ID for the past 12 years in special schools & psychiatric clinic set up. She had been Asstt Professor in RCI training college and Guest Faculty for various institutions and academic mentor for rehab professionals & clinician for 9 years.

She is having strong understanding of relevant training requirements. Expert and motivator, serve as resource to help Organizations and Institutions deal with crises. Facilitated near about 600 workshops for Parents On “Positive Parenting”. She acclaimed lot of appreciation with her signature Training Programme “Father is the fulcrum for emotional well being of child” for professors and Corporate leaders and executives. Pursued extensive research in designing and developing Training sessions, workshops and intervention programme for Organizations. Also a visiting faculty for ‘Indian Society for Training and Development’: Kolkata Chapter.
